You did not pay attention to how you breathe during the dance? I do this all the time. Maybe you are focused on the correct execution of movements that involuntarily hold your breath? If you make it so hard that you have your heart goes too quickly, hands and feet become wobbly or vice versa poured lead, then in that case, you do not interfere with aerobic exercise. It will be better for you not to stop breathing during dancing. That's the way of our nature, and I know it by myself that if we put focus on something too hard straining every muscle in our body our breathing system turns "off." Here we have apnea, which is transparent to us. But during the dance it is totally unacceptable! Professional dancers breathe consciously. They find breathing one of the main parts of the dance technique. If you wish, you can also do so, and you become a better dancer, with better posture and less strain on the body. A dance is oddly enough the complex physiological process that causes release of adrenaline, increased heart rate and pressure, increased oxygen consumption by all organs of the body. I must say that the brain is the most avid of oxygen organ of our body. No wonder that during the dance we lose the desire to think about serious things! If a difficult situation arises in my life, I find the opportunity to turn on dance music and begin my movements to the beat of the music. During the dance we have to listen to music and watch so as to avoid stepping on the shoes partner's feet, to keep nicely the torso and another to smile. But besides that, we should also think about the production of breathing. Although the breathing process occurs automatically, unconsciously, you can control it and even make better. For this we need to learn some simple but useful processes: deep nasal breathing, warming and restorative breathing, habit of keeping clean airways, and do not forget to breathe. I do deep nasal breathing like that. I open my mouth wide and take a few maximally deep breaths. I focus on my inner feelings, and try to understand whether the air comes in deeply. Then I try to make some deepest breaths through my nose, paying attention to the state of my chest muscles and diaphragm. I feel that my breathing became deeper and more complete. Mouth breathing due to the reaction of our organism "fights or flight." When we breathe through our mouth, the air passes shallowly into the lungs. This breath is perfect for a sprint, but not for dancing. Nasal breathing is slower, deeper. The air passes to the lower lobes of the lungs. The heart rate slows. More oxygen enters the blood and all organs. The brain receives more air. The anxiety disappears from this. We are able to focus better on the correctness of the dance moves. By the way, a deep nasal breathing improves posture.
